Wildfire Youth Ministry (WYM) is dedicated to spreading the love of God like Wildfire! All youths grades 6-12, regardless of denomination or church affiliation, are welcomed at WYM. Come join us for fellowship in Christ, food, and fun.

Little Lights Ministry

Our Little Lights ministry focuses on building a foundation for our children to be the next generation of disciples for ChristM

United Methodist Women

The United Methodist Women (UMW) are a community of women whose purpose it is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ. UMW focus is to develop a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through the participation in global ministries of the United Methodist Church.

United Methodist Men

The United Methodist Men’s mission is to help men grow in Christ, so others may know Christ.  Meetings are the second Monday of every month. Contact the church office for location and additional details.

Blessing Box Food Ministry

The Blessing Box is a free and anonymous food distribution site located on the Archer Street side of FUMC Sinton. It is available to anyone in need of nonperishable food items. Community members are encouraged to take what they need and leave what they can. While the Blessing Box Food Ministry is largely volunteer-run and volunteer-funded, FUMC Sinton recently received grant money from Methodist Healthcare Ministries to purchase food to stock the box. 

Advisory Council and Committees

Church Council

The church council is the administrative agency of the church tasked to envision, plan, implement, and evaluate the ministry of the congregation.

Finance Committee

The finance committee raises, manages, and distributes the financial resources of the congregation to support and strengthen the mission and ministry of the church.

Staff/Parish Relation Committee

The Staff/parish relations committee nurtures the relations and communication among the pastor, staff and congregation.

Health Committee

The health committee seeks to serve humanity to honor God by developing strategies and programs to introduce the ministry of health to the congregation and community.
